The Shimla Short Escape is the private-cab version of the 2-night Shimla break — the same Kufri snow-point day and Mall Road heritage walk, but with a door-to-door private AC vehicle from Delhi instead of the overnight Volvo. It is the right choice for two adults who want the transfers, the Kufri excursion and the city sightseeing in one car without the bus leg.
Palyatra arranges the private cab, the Shimla hotel and the Kufri day so the only on-the-day decisions are the optional Fun Park and adventure activities, both at your own cost. The route keeps driving under 10 hours each way so you spend your three days on the hills, not the road.
Best time: March to June for green meadows; December to February for snow at Kufri. Carry warm layers year-round.
